How to order (FAQ)

If you are first time shoppinig at our website and want to know how to order in website,you may refer to the following information for some help.

(A) How do i place an order
1.Register in website
2.Login website and add the products to the cart (Make sure order amount not less USD100)
3.Check out to submit order
4.Send payment (Paypal,Western Union, Bank transfer)
5.Contact us with Order number and Payment Reference Number to compelete order .
Note 1:No minimun quantity request. you may order any quantity as you like.
Note 2:Order would not be processed if no payment made or order amount less USD100.00

(B)How do i send payment
1. You can go to bank counter to wire money .
2. You can go to western union branch to send money.
3. You can send money by paypal. but add 20% extra on basis of order amount.
4. Credit Card payment not available at present

(C) How long will i receive shipment.
We normally ship goods by  Express shipping like DHL,USPS,UPS,TNT,FEDEX . They will take only 1 week to ship goods from china to following country: U.S.A, Canada ,and European main country. Noted that lead time begin to count from the date we confirmed received payment. not the date you place order.
For example: Mike place order on monday,but he sent money on tuesday, then we received payment on wednesday.so the goods will  be shipped out on Wednesday and will reach you on next week’s Wednesday.

Because of large trasaction qty. every day.we can not make the stock news updated in time.Hope customer may understanding and forgive us in this point .if there are some products are out of stock in your order,we will contact you before shipping. you may have the following option:

1) You can pick other products to replace the one not in stock. and we also would send you some similar proudcts for choice.

2)You may ask for refund for thoes no stock products

3)We may creidt the balance money,you can use them in your next order.
